So, here we go, writing this many days later. I got my first real documents here, congrats to me.
Interesting thing, for the people arrived around the time i arrived i took like 2 weeks to get it. But for people who came later it started to take much less.
I asked the peeps from the red cross what is more important for me right now, my pasaporte or the carta roja, and they said the latter. I asked if i can finally throw my passport away, they said that i shouldn’t, but we all can read between the lines. 😉
Ok, now i can officially make like the bank card, insurance, and whatever people do with such documents. (not interested)
The trip went like that:
- 8:00 red cross office, getting the instructions
- 8:30 everyone is waiting for me because i came unprepared
- Around 9:00 we came to the place to take photos for the documents, but the place opens at 10:00
- Walking around the area
- Take photos and by 11:00 enter the police office to get the red card
After that i went for a walk around the city a bit to do some shopping, etc.
